Effective Date: August 22, 2026
Miju Graphics LLC ("Miju Graphics," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional graphic design and production artwork services for screen printing, sublimation, embroidery, digital printing, apparel, promotional products, and related applications.
This Artwork Service Policy explains how artwork projects are reviewed, quoted, prepared, revised, approved, and delivered.
1. Artwork Evaluation
Before beginning a project, Miju Graphics may review the artwork provided by the customer to determine:
-
Image quality and resolution
-
Artwork complexity
-
Number of colors
-
Required production method
-
Printing or embroidery requirements
-
Required dimensions
-
File format
-
Level of cleanup or recreation required
-
Estimated production time
The condition of the original artwork may affect the project price and turnaround time.
2. Artwork We Accept
Customers may submit artwork in formats such as:
-
JPG
-
PNG
-
PDF
-
AI
-
EPS
-
SVG
-
PSD
-
Other commonly used graphic formats
Not all files are suitable for direct production. Miju Graphics may need to rebuild, trace, simplify, recolor, or otherwise modify artwork before it can be used for production.
3. Artwork Cleanup & Vectorization
Artwork cleanup may include:
-
Removing unwanted elements
-
Correcting shapes
-
Cleaning edges
-
Rebuilding damaged artwork
-
Vectorizing raster images
-
Improving line quality
-
Recreating missing details
-
Preparing artwork for specific production methods
The amount of work required depends on the condition and complexity of the original artwork.
A simple vectorization and a complete artwork recreation are considered different levels of service and may be quoted differently.
4. Screen Printing Artwork
Screen-printing artwork may require:
-
Spot-color preparation
-
Color separations
-
Halftones
-
Underbase preparation
-
Print-size adjustments
-
Registration considerations
-
Production cleanup
-
Other preparation based on the printer's requirements
Customers should provide the printer's specifications whenever available.
Final screen-printing results may vary depending on the equipment, inks, screens, garments, printing process, and settings used by the production facility.
5. Sublimation & Digital Printing Artwork
Sublimation and digital printing projects may require:
-
High-resolution artwork
-
Recoloring
-
Background removal
-
Image cleanup
-
Size adjustments
-
Color adjustments
-
Print-area preparation
-
File optimization
Colors displayed on a monitor may differ from the final printed product due to differences in monitors, color profiles, printers, inks, substrates, and printing conditions.
6. Embroidery Artwork
Artwork intended for embroidery often requires simplification because embroidery has physical limitations that do not apply to digital artwork.
Miju Graphics may modify:
-
Small details
-
Thin lines
-
Text
-
Shapes
-
Colors
-
Spacing
-
Artwork density
-
Other elements that may not reproduce properly in embroidery
The final embroidered result may not look exactly like the original digital artwork.
Unless specifically agreed upon, Miju Graphics provides embroidery artwork preparation and does not guarantee the final embroidery production result.

Customer-owned logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Ownership or licensing of a newly created design will depend on the agreement made for the specific project.
