Welcome to Miju Graphics LLC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Miju Graphics LLC website and the graphic design, artwork preparation, and related services provided by Miju Graphics LLC ("Miju Graphics," "we," "us," or "our").

By using our website, requesting a quote, submitting artwork, or engaging Miju Graphics LLC for services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Miju Graphics LLC provides professional graphic design and artwork production services, which may include:

Artwork development
Vectorization and artwork cleanup
Screen-printing artwork preparation
Color separations
Spot-color preparation
Sublimation artwork preparation and recoloring
Digital printing artwork preparation
Embroidery artwork cleanup and simplification
Mockups and visual proofs
File optimization
Production-ready artwork
Rush artwork services, when available

Specific services, deliverables, pricing, turnaround times, and revision limits will depend on the individual project and will be communicated to the customer before work begins whenever reasonably possible.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are based on the information and artwork provided to Miju Graphics LLC at the time the quote is prepared.

A quote may change if:

The scope of the project changes
Additional artwork or revisions are requested
The original artwork is substantially different from what was represented
Additional production preparation is required
The customer requests a different printing or production method
The project becomes substantially more complex than originally described

Miju Graphics LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in cost before performing additional work.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are estimates and are not binding until the project is accepted and any required payment or deposit is received.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be established according to the individual project.

Miju Graphics LLC may require a deposit or full payment before beginning certain projects.

Work may be paused or withheld if an invoice or required payment becomes past due.

Final production files may be withheld until all required payments have been received.

4. Project Scope

The project scope will be based on the services agreed upon between Miju Graphics LLC and the customer.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional charges.

Examples include:

Additional design concepts
Substantial changes to an approved design
Additional color separations
Additional garment or product versions
Recreating artwork that was not included in the original project
Major changes to an approved design
Additional file formats
Additional revisions

5. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in a project may vary depending on the quote or agreement.

A revision generally means a reasonable modification to the existing design.

A request to substantially change the concept, composition, artwork, or direction of a project may be considered a new design request rather than a revision.

Additional revisions or substantial changes may result in additional charges.

6. Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving final artwork before it is used for production.

Customers should verify:

Spelling
Names
Numbers
Dates
Colors
Dimensions
Placement
Logos
Phone numbers
Website addresses
Other project-specific information

Once final artwork has been approved by the customer, Miju Graphics LLC is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved artwork.

If a customer requests changes after approval, additional charges may apply.

7. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers may provide artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, fonts, graphics, or other materials for use in a project.

The customer represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorization to use and provide those materials.

Miju Graphics LLC does not claim ownership of customer-owned artwork, trademarks, logos, photographs, or other materials supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from materials they provide to Miju Graphics LLC when such responsibility is attributable to the customer's lack of rights or authorization.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Miju Graphics LLC retains ownership of original design concepts, artwork, creative materials, templates, processes, working files, and other intellectual property created by Miju Graphics LLC.

Payment for a completed project generally grants the customer the right to use the final approved deliverable for the purpose agreed upon for the project.

Ownership of editable source files, working files, layered files, original vector files, and other production files is not automatically transferred unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Third-party fonts, stock images, graphics, photographs, trademarks, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective owners' terms and licenses.

9. Production Files

Miju Graphics LLC prepares artwork based on the production method and specifications communicated by the customer.

While we use reasonable professional care when preparing files, actual production results may vary depending on the equipment, materials, inks, threads, garments, substrates, printing methods, embroidery machines, color profiles, and production settings used by the customer's production provider.

Miju Graphics LLC does not guarantee the final physical production result when Miju Graphics LLC is not responsible for the actual printing, embroidery, manufacturing, or production process.

10. Color Accuracy

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, and other screens may differ from printed or embroidered results.

Color appearance may also vary depending on:

Printing method
Ink
Thread
Fabric
Substrate
Equipment
Color profile
Viewing conditions

Miju Graphics LLC will make reasonable efforts to prepare artwork according to the specifications provided by the customer, but exact physical color matching cannot always be guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service or standard has been agreed upon.

11. Embroidery Artwork

Embroidery requires artwork to be adapted to the limitations of embroidery machines, thread, fabric, stitch types, design size, and production requirements.

Miju Graphics LLC may simplify artwork, reduce detail, modify shapes, or make other adjustments when preparing artwork intended for embroidery.

The final embroidery result may differ from the appearance of the original artwork.

12. Rush Services

Rush artwork services may be available depending on workload and project requirements.

Rush service is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Rush projects may be subject to additional charges.

A rush deadline begins after all required information, artwork, approvals, and payments have been received.

Delays caused by missing information, customer revisions, delayed approvals, technical issues, or circumstances outside Miju Graphics LLC's reasonable control may affect the requested completion time.

13. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided based on the information available when a project is accepted.

Turnaround time may be affected by:

Project complexity
Customer response time
Missing information
Revision requests
Additional work
Technical problems
Third-party services
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Miju Graphics LLC will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but does not guarantee completion by a specific time unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

14. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless a customer specifically requests otherwise in writing, Miju Graphics LLC may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, or other examples of its work.

Customers may request that confidential or unreleased work not be displayed publicly.

Miju Graphics LLC will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests.

15. Website Content

The content of the Miju Graphics LLC website, including graphics, photographs, text, designs, logos, illustrations, and other materials, may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without written permission from Miju Graphics or the applicable rights holder.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.

Miju Graphics LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

We may request proof of authorization or ownership when appropriate.

19. Limitation of Responsibility

Miju Graphics LLC will provide services using reasonable professional care.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miju Graphics LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Force Majeure

Miju Graphics LLC will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet or technology failures, equipment failures, government actions, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

21. Termination or Cancellation

Either party may request cancellation of a project.

If work has already been performed, the customer may be responsible for payment for work completed before cancellation.

Deposits or payments may be non-refundable to the extent that they cover work already performed, materials purchased, or other non-recoverable project costs, subject to applicable law and the specific agreement for the project.

22. Privacy

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

23. Changes to These Terms

Miju Graphics LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

24. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
